1. Overview

By enrolling in The Legal Dragon Subscription (“Subscription” or “Membership”), you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern your access to and use of all related content, materials, communications, and services provided under the Legal Dragon brand.

This Subscription is offered and managed by Littlejohn Law, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.

2. Nature of the Subscription

The Legal Dragon Subscription is designed to provide members with general legal education, guidance, and access to attorney-led training in various areas of law, including real estate, estate planning, probate, and small business law.

Important:
The Subscription does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not constitute formal legal representation unless you separately sign a written engagement agreement with Littlejohn Law, LLC for a specific legal matter.

All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Membership Tiers and Pricing

We offer three membership tiers, each billed on a monthly basis:

  • Legal Dragon Lite – $97/month

  • Legal Dragon Pro – $197/month

  • Legal Dragon Elite – $497/month

Membership benefits vary by tier and are outlined on our website or sales page. Pricing and benefits may change from time to time with notice to Members.

4. Payment Terms

Your payment method will be charged automatically each month until you cancel.

  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party processor.

  • You authorize Littlejohn Law, LLC to charge your card or account for the Subscription fee each billing cycle.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team or following the cancellation instructions in your account.
Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

6. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Participation in the Subscription — including submitting legal questions, attending Q&A sessions, or accessing templates — does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Littlejohn Law, LLC or any of its attorneys.

An attorney-client relationship is only established through a signed written engagement agreement that clearly outlines the scope of representation and associated fees.

7. Scope of Services

The Subscription provides:

  • General educational content on legal topics

  • General guidance and sample documents

  • Q&A sessions and resource materials

The Subscription does not include:

  • Court representation or legal filings

  • Customized legal drafting or review beyond templates

  • Confidential case evaluation or privileged advice

  • Emergency legal services or guaranteed response times

8. Confidentiality

Although the Legal Dragon Team will treat all submitted questions with discretion, communications made within the Subscription are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Members should avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial details. If privileged communication is required, you must formally engage Littlejohn Law, LLC through a separate written agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, videos, and guides within the Subscription are the property of Littlejohn Law, LLC and protected by copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own use only.
You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute these materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Littlejohn Law, LLC, its attorneys, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Subscription, including reliance on any general legal information provided.

All information is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Changes to the Subscription or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription (in whole or part) or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the Subscription constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Jefferson County, Ohio.

14. Acknowledgment

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the disclaimers regarding attorney-client relationships and the limits of the Subscription’s scope.

When you join The Legal Dragon Subscription, you’re empowering yourself with legal knowledge — not hiring legal counsel.
