I recently graduated with my J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law, and plan on sitting for the bar in July ‘23. Before discovering my passion for the law, I was an English teacher at both the high school and collegiate level. While I discovered that teaching was not the right fit for me, I have taken the skills that I honed during my previous career, such as an expertise in writing and attention to detail, and have applied them to my passion for the law. I have worked for law firms for the past four years, and my passion, interest, and expertise is specifically for litigation cases.
In my private life, I am married and have two children. My 9-year old daughter Josie keeps me busy with a myriad of activities, as does my 6-year old son, Evan. Together with my husband Jeff, we like to travel to places like Florida, North Carolina, New York, and California–and definitely hope to expand that list! We also like to take walks as a family, play cards and board games, or hang out with friends and family. Cedar Point also tends to play a large part during our summers.
