I'm in several MasterMind groups and they all agree that the only thing that really gets us past this is a sense of opportunity and optimism.

It’s crazy how fast things can change. A few months ago, everything was cruising along and bam. Full on economic meltdown. But, I’m here to remind you that YOU are the backbone of our economy despite all the recommendations to “stay at home,” “work from home,” and “close your business” you must stay strong. How you handle this pandemic is critical.
We can’t change the past, and some businesses will not survive this for sure, but the ones that do – if they take steps now to be prepared and stay disciplined – can not only survive, but thrive.
One of my business coaches shared with me that there are 3 Ways CEO’s are handling this crisis:
- The fear focused CEO – worried and afraid that this will never end.
- The unfocused CEO – most dismissive or going full steam ahead.
- The strategy focused CEO – they are taking what is given and not being careless.
The big questions are … which one are you and what are the steps you should be taking?
All of your competitors are hiding; now, more than ever, you need to step up and be visible, both online and offline. We’re happy to help with this communication strategy.
I’ll be doing free coaching calls for any entrepreneur that needs help. It is in everyone’s best interest that as many of us survive this as possible. These will be group coaching calls so we can all learn from each other.
My goal is to give you and everyone else as much help as I can to make sure your family, employees, and business not only survive but have the opportunity to thrive after this is all over.
Don’t panic, together we can get through this. You’re the heroes to so many people in our community – your family and to your employees.
