Every great team "Bench Strength" - you know someone who can step off the bench and step into the game and not miss a beat.
We're looking to build our "Bench" with people who are a "good fit" for this organization and it's core values. We firmly believe in hiring someone who is a "good fit" - we can teach all of the legal things that you need to know.
Here's what we're looking for:
All-Star Paralegal (full-time)
Warning this will not be the perfect job for everyone but it might be for you if you have experience in our field and you have some free time you’d like to turn into money in a relatively painless way.
We have a need, on a full time basis, for someone who can take letters, emails, texts messages, and other correspondences and create a good chronology that would be useful for an attorney handling a Real Estate, Business, Estate Planning, or Probate case.
All-Star Attorney (full-time)
We want to dominate the legal market – to serve our families and our clients. (Note: families first, clients second. ) If you’re interested in working with us and learning not only how to be a great lawyer, but how to run a great business, then you’ve found the right place.
Our marketing has created a big problem – we have a constant flow of new qualified clients who are ready to hire us now. We know what works when it comes to marketing.
So… I’m not looking for “just” an associate attorney. I am looking for a great lawyer for our office who is interested in making a career change to enjoy the practice of law again. This opportunity will not be for everyone, but for the right lawyer this could be the opportunity you have been looking for to make the practice of law fun again.
You won't be a "Good Fit" if:
- you were the student who needed mom and dad to remind you about your homework and projects, this isn’t the job for you.
- you need lots of direction, this isn’t the job for you.
- you don’t read non-fiction books, this isn’t the job for you.
- you’re not capable of handling multiple tasks at a time, this isn’t the job for you.
- you don’t have thick skin or are easily upset, please don’t apply.
